REALLY . GOOD . PIZZA - Passing through town and gave Lazzara's a try. NY Style, thin crust. Generous, fresh toppings, good pricing. I got a "Loaded" (aka Supreme) and it was delish. I prefer a crunchier crust but I didn't want to ding them for that. A medium, with the plethora of toppings on a Loaded, would likely feed 2-3 adults. I'm in town for another week and will definitely go back. Went back for another pie. Excellent, AGAIN. Will definitely make one more trip before I leave next week.
Im a local and this is my go to pizza for delivery. Best pizza on the island The gluten free Bianca is out of this world.
I got two slices of pepperoni and a drink and it was a little bit more than 10. The slices were large and they had them ready to heat up as soon as I order them. There was a thick enough layer of cheese and the pepperoni was just spicy enough. Overall, a solid experience with a decent price point a place I would definitely go back to.
In my 33 years on this earth I’ve searched for quality pizza everywhere I go. Lazzara’s is right around the top of the pile for good New York style pizza. The real stunner at this place though, as others have mentioned is the garlic knots. At 1.50 per, they are huge, soft, doughy, garlicky puffs of absolute delight. The pizza is some of the best I’ve had in a very long time, but we’ll be stopping back for a box of the garlic knots to dip in marinara. Edit: we stopped back for the knots and a white pizza. It’s every bit as good as the pepperoni.
My daughter and I stopped in for a first try of their pizza and let me tell you, they did not disappoint!!! We ordered the Loaded Pizza and it was delicious! The sauce and toppings tasted so fresh. I'm sorry I did not get a photo to share. I will definitely try them again when I am at Emerald Isle. I now want to try the one in Jacksonville. Thanks for the wonderful food and services. I wish I would have even got the lady's name who ordered our pizza because she was super nice and very informative of the different items on their menu.
They weren’t our first choice for pizza in the area, but I’m definitely glad we decided to give them a try. The pizza was delicious.
Highly recommended!! First time trying this place and it did not disappoint. Amazing pizza and garlic knots, you can really taste the freshness, which I loved. Big slices! Our family loved it, we can wait to try them again very soon! 10/10 Edit: today we tried the calzone and lasagna, and they were both so delicious! You can tell that they are fresh, we are so impressed and so happy that we found this place, it’s hands down our favorite pizza place! If you haven’t stopped by, do yourself a favor and give them a try. You won’t regret it!
Had a large order with a group of friends after a long day at the beach and the food! Got a ton of food for such a good price and everything tasted amazing. They accidentally made extra wings and decided to share them with all the customers in the restaurant. Their food was definitely worth the price! Everything tested great! The pizza slices were so huge we had to take some home. Cheese fries, wings, and cheese breads were all plentiful and tasted amazing! The cheesecake was a delicious dessert to end the feast. Wonderful and hidden spot that isn’t common. Definitely going back every time I’m around.
